The right clothes make every kind of weather enjoyable. We watch Ratsego adjust to his local weather with clothes for the cold and clothes for the heat as well. Everyone living in Cape Town and environs knows that here, we dress in layers. Four seasons in one day are not uncommon. The background is a typical scene from the small West Coast fishing village of Arniston, in the Western Cape, South Africa.
